I am Lottie, founder of Bedtime and Beyond, a baby and toddler sleep consultancy based in the South Cotswolds. I am a Norland nanny with 10 years experience and an OCN qualified sleep consultant, with 17 years working with babies and children altogether. I work with tired families whose nights have stopped working. The frequent wakings, the bedtimes that unravel, the early mornings, the naps that never quite land. The kind of exhaustion that seeps into everything and leaves you feeling like a shadow of yourself. What I do is get to the root of what is actually going on, then build a gentle, realistic plan around your little one and your family. No rigid routines, no leaving your baby to cry, and nothing that means putting your life on hold for weeks. Just honest guidance, daily support while you put it into practice, and someone in your corner until you get there. The result is calmer bedtimes, better nights and a you who feels like yourself again.
